A ticket sold in Paintsville for Saturday night’s (10/26) Powerball drawing matched the five white balls drawn but not the Powerball, winning the game’s second prize of one million dollars.
The winning ticket will have these white ball winning numbers:
4 – 6 – 34 – 49 – 56
According to the Kentucky Lottery's Vice President of Communications Chip Polston, the winner will need to sign the back of their ticket and bring it to the lottery's Louisville headquarters to claim their prize.
"Our security staff is currently performing a reveiw of the terminal at the location where the winning ticket was sold," said Chip Polston, the Kentucky Lottery's VP of Communications. "Once this security reveiw is completed, we'll release the name of the retailer."
