Enter eligible* non-winning Scratch-off tickets in a drawing for that game’s top prize!
- A ticket eligible for USC entry is any non-winning Scratch-off ticket from a KLC Scratch-off game that starts after December 3, 2012 and the last date to enter USC has not passed
- Eligible* tickets will also receive points in the Kentucky Lottery’s Points for Prizes™ rewards program
- Drawing dates will be posted at kylottery.com along with eligibility information
How do I enter?
To enter players should click the Enter Tickets link in the upper right hand corner of this page. Players are no longer allowed to enter tickets as a guest. To become a member register at Fun Club Rewards. Existing members should log on to their account to enter tickets. Once logged on, enter the 18 digit Validation and 3 digit Ticket Number on the front of the Scratch-off ticket.
Players do not need to retain their tickets as proof of purchase should they be selected as a winner in an Ultimate Second Chance Prize Drawing.
