What is Ultimate Second Chance?

A drawing will be conducted for the TOP PRIZE offered on EACH eligible* game.

When can I enter?
Starting September 19, 2008 players can enter non-winning scratch-off tickets from the announced eligible* scratch-off games. This opportunity will run from each eligible* game's start date to five (5) days after the announced game end date.  Any entries received after the fifth day following the announced game end date will be disqualified.
Where do I enter?
Players may enter Ultimate Second Chance Drawings via the mail or the internet.
To enter Ultimate Second Chance Drawings by mail , players must complete the back of the eligible* non-winning scratch-off ticket with their name, address (including city, state and zip code), phone number and signature, and place a stamp in the upper right hand corner of the ticket or place the ticket in a standard sized envelope not to exceed USPS postage rates for a standard sized letter and mail to the address listed on the back of the eligible* scratch-off ticket. Only one entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by the KLC by the fifth day after the announced game end date to be eligible for the drawing.
To enter via the Internet , players click the link below that says "Enter non-winning ticket(s).." to access the “Ultimate Second Chance Drawing” entry screen. At the Ultimate Second Chance Drawing entry screen, players must enter all required information, including the player’s name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, the 18-digit validation number and the 3-digit ticket number of the eligible* non-winning scratch-off ticket. Internet entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. on the fifth day after the announced game end date to be eligible for the drawing. PLAYERS MUST RETAIN THEIR ELIGIBLE* NON-WINNING SCRATCH-OFF TICKET AS PART OF THE ENTRY AND PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AS A WINNER. PLAYERS CANNOT ENTER THE SAME TICKET IN BOTH THE MAIL-IN AND INTERNET PORTIONS OR BOTH ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. 

Ultimate Second Chance Drawings will be held within fifteen (15) business days after the announced game end date. Each Ultimate Second Chance Drawing will award one (1) winner the top prize amount that is offered on the eligible* scratch-off ticket. All winners will be notified by phone. Internet winners will be required to produce their non-winning ticket within 10 business days of notification. Upon receipt and verification by the KLC of the validity of the non-winning scratch-off ticket, the prize will be awarded. 

Ultimate Second Chance Drawings are subject to Kentucky Law and rules and regulations of the KLC. Complete rules and regulations for each eligible* game are available upon request. 

You must be at least 18 years old to play any lottery games and enter the Ultimate Second Chance Drawings . 

The KLC reserves the right to change or extend dates pertaining to Ultimate Second Chance Drawings .  The KLC reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel any portion of the Ultimate Second Chance Drawing program.
