How to Play Win For Life
Each Win For Life play costs $1.00. Each play slip has 5 play areas or boards: A, B, C, D, and E. Complete a Win For Life play slip by marking 6 numbers (1 through 42) in each board or play area you wish to play, or mark the QP to let the computer randomly select your numbers.
To play the same numbers for the next 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 16 consecutive drawings, mark the appropriate box in the "Number of Draws" section. Your ticket will be valid for the draw dates shown on the front. The total cost of the ticket will be the wager amount multiplied by the number of drawings you choose to play. Review your play slip carefully before giving it to your retailer. If you make a mistake, DO NOT ERASE. Mark the VOID box and start again on the next board.
It is your responsibility to make sure the play slip and ticket represent the numbers selected, and drawing(s) you want to enter. A ticket may not be canceled. All sales are final.
How to Win
Lottery drawings take place in the evening every Wednesday and Saturday. Six (6) numbers from 1 to 42 will be drawn. Match 6 of 6 to win the top grand prize of $1,000 a week for life!*
Then an additional number, the FREE BALL, will be drawn from the remaining field of numbers. The FREE BALL does not apply to the jackpot (the top 6 of 6 grand prize). But match 5 of 6 and the FREE BALL and win $1,000 a week for a year!*

How to Find Out If You've Won
Win for Life drawings take place every Wednesday and Saturday at approximately 11 pm (ET)/10 pm (CT) on your local Kentucky Lottery Network stations. Winning numbers are also published in your local newspapers, broadcast on local radio stations, posted at Kentucky Lottery Win For Life retailers, and on our website at www.kylottery.com.
Claiming Your Win For Life Prize
The top 6 of 6 grand prize of $1,000 a week for life* will be paid quarterly in lump sum payments for a minimum of 10 years. Only one person may claim and receive the grand prize for each winning ticket.
A winning ticket can be validated the morning after a drawing. To claim a prize, winning players must sign the back of the ticket. Prizes up to $600 may be claimed at Kentucky Lottery Win For Life retailers. Prizes up to $5,000 may be claimed at any authorized cashing agent or by mailing your winning ticket and a completed claim form (available at any Lottery retailer) to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation, Claims Dept. 100, Louisville, Kentucky 40287-0001. Prizes up to $25,000 may be claimed at selected Kentucky Lottery Regional Offices, and prizes over $25,000 must be claimed at the Kentucky Lottery Headquarters at 1011 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 180 DAYS FROM THE WINNING DRAW DATE.
