I hereby grant the Kentucky Lottery Corporation (KLC) to use my likeness in any photographs taken by, or for, the KLC for publicity or any other lottery related purposes. I authorize the KLC to use my likeness or photograph on its web site (kylottery.com) or in any other publications, including the annual report and in advertising, without compensation, and in perpetuity. I acknowledge that the KLC is the sole owner of all rights in and to the photograph(s) for all purposes, and that the KLC has the right, among other things, to crop or otherwise alter the photograph at its discretion.
