The Kentucky Lottery gives back to our community not only through funding of scholarships and grants, but also through the charitable activities of our employees. We have an internal program, “KLCares” that consists of drives, donations, and volunteer work for local organizations including disaster relief, addiction recovery, animal shelters, schools, United Way, Fund for the Arts, and more. Since December 2021, Kentucky Lottery employees have raised over $123,203.48 to support those in need within our local community. Since 1989, Kentucky Lottery employees have raised over $1 million to support charities and non-profits throughout the state as part of our United Way campaigns. Kentucky Lottery employees receive company-provided, paid volunteer hours each year to volunteer at an organization of their choice. Supporting our community is centrical to our social responsibility program!
