Buyer II - 1924
The Buyer II purchases goods and services for the Kentucky Lottery Corporation (KLC) using a best value methodology in adherence to established procurement policies and procedures. Negotiates with vendors to obtain quotations, bids, prices, and delivery times. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine if they are compatible with company objectives. Ensures compliance with all state and KLC purchasing regulations while meeting or exceeding internal customer’s needs in the procurement process. The Buyer II handles formal procurements.

Territory Sales Manager I/II - 1824
The Territory Sales Manager sells, manages, markets, and promotes lottery products at retail locations to maximize revenues over time. Maintains and manages territorial retailer account base. Responsible for the revenue, profitability, development, implementation, and product promotion designed to increase consumer awareness of Kentucky Lottery Corporation (KLC) products while enhancing sales at assigned retail locations. Develops and implements strategic value-added programs while managing customer relationship marketing activities. Reviews sales and quota figures via access to the KLC databases. Communicates retailer incentive plan, analyzes sales trends, and develops strategic sales improvement plans. Effectively implements optimum ticket distribution, equipment placement, and promotions at retail locations.

Validations Coordinator- 1724
 The Validations Coordinator provides exemplary customer service and creates a positive experience for both players and retailers.  Validates winning tickets and processes claim information.  Generates payments for prizes won through the iLottery channel.  Answers retailer and player questions or problems concerning instant and online products via telephone.  Assists with resolving issues from customer service database transferred from third party vendor. 

Quality Assurance Data Analyst - 1624
The Quality Assurance/Data Analyst – Operations is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and assessing the quality of field service and call center support received by the KLC lottery retail community.  Analyzes and interprets complex data to provide actionable information to help improve services provided to retailers.  Assists in developing comprehensive, proactive strategies and tactics for improving the level of service and increasing equipment availability.  Assists in generating standard process measurement reporting to monitor and track performance measures. This position will be filled at level I or II depending on the experience and skill level of the selected candidate.

Staff Auditor I/II - 1524
The Staff Auditor I/II prepares audit programs, working papers, audit recommendations, and audit reports for all assigned audit projects, under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager and VP, Internal Audit, and in accordance with IIA standards. Observes promotional drawings and completes associated documentation as assigned. Performs duties related to Internal Audit’s responsibilities for game loads. Makes recommendations to VP, Internal Audit for improvements in KLC’s program of regular audits and administrative Internal Audit standards. This position will be filled at level I or II depending on the experience and skill level of the selected candidate.
