Validations Coordinator - 1523
 The Validations Coordinator provides exemplary customer service and creates a positive experience for both players and retailers.  Validates winning tickets and processes claim information.  Generates payments for prizes won through the iLottery channel.  Answers retailer and player questions or problems concerning instant and online products via telephone.  Assists with resolving issues from customer service database transferred from third party vendor. 

Executive Assistant - 1423
The Executive Assistant handles all confidential and routine correspondence and other related secretarial duties and responsibilities for the President/CEO, COO, and VP, General Counsel/Legal Department. Arranges travel and registrations for conferences, seminars and other meetings. Provides administrative support, as necessary, to the Board of Directors, CFO, and Internal Audit/IS. Prepares legal documents. Arranges and attends Board of Director meetings.

Senior Accounting Analyst - 1223
The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient and effective business processes, supported by the Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Senior Accounting/ERP Analyst assists in accurate and timely general ledger and period end closings and participates in monthly financial preparation and review. This role also provides financial analysis relevant to company initiatives and decisions.

Licensing Coordinator - 1123
The Licensing Coordinator assists in the process of licensing current and prospective lottery retailers. Initiates and monitors all steps in the licensing process including completion of the retailer licensing application, financial and criminal background checks, revenue cabinet inquiries, and any additional follow-up required with current or prospective retailers. Regularly updates a shared status document so that all relevant parties have access to current licensing status of in-progress applications. Works with online lottery vendor, as well as lottery operations, and sales departments to coordinate the installation/removal of lottery equipment at retail locations.

Lottery Sales Representative - 0923
The Lottery Sales Representative manages, merchandises and promotes lottery products at retail locations to maximize revenues over time. Maintains and manages territorial retailer account base. Responsible for the development, implementation and product promotions designed to increase consumer awareness of Kentucky Lottery Corporation (KLC) products and enhance sales at retail locations. Develops and implements value added programs while managing customer relationship marketing activities. Effectively implements optimum ticket distribution, equipment placements, and promotions at retail locations. Reviews sales and quota figures via access to the KLC data bases. Communicates retailer incentive plan. Analyzes sales data and develops sales improvement plans. This position will perform duties in Union, Henderson, Crittenden, and Webster counties. Candidates must reside in this county, or an adjoining county

Network Support Technician - 0723
The Network Support Technician is responsible for the monitoring of the KLC’s computing network and assisting the Network Administrators/Architects with the installation and configuration of server/network hardware and software components, disk management, problem determination and resolution. Provides first level support for the IT Service desk for problem determination and resolution by analyzing, identifying, and diagnosing faults and symptoms. Provides technical advice and support to customers using desktops, computers systems and peripheral equipment. Responsible for operational documentation as it relates to troubleshooting and operational procedures.

Terminal Generated Games Product Manager - 0523
The Terminal Generated Games Product Manager/Director manages the day-to-day business of terminal generated games, including draw games, monitor games and Fast Play instant games and provides project management leadership in the collaborative effort required to maintain and define current draw game portfolio. Launches new draw games to provide optimum sales and profit results. Provides data-based leadership, manages product objectives/strategies, and manages daily/monthly activities of the portfolio. Creates and monitors product execution and development schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provides leadership to internal and external sources to ensure product strategies are met
