How it Works

Find your Player Card in the Kentucky Lottery app by navigating to the Menu and selecting Player Card. Use the Player Card QR code at the counter or vending machines to complete your shopping cart purchase.

To cash in Scratch-off wins, first scratch to reveal the barcode at the bottom right-hand corner of your ticket. Use the Kentucky Lottery app to scan and redeem your winnings.

Important: you cannot use the Kentucky Lottery app to redeem winnings over $600 from online purchases. Online winnings at or below $600 are auto-claimed into the Fun Club account balance. Click here for more information on how to claim online winnings.

 

Mobile Cashing

Redeem winnings up to $600 from purchases in-store using Mobile Cashing!

1. Navigate to the Check Ticket icon on the app and scan your ticket.

2. Scratch off the bottom of your Scratch-off ticket to scan or scan the barcode at the bottom of your draw game ticket.

3. If your ticket is a winner, you’ll be prompted to complete Mobile Cashing. Select Start Cashing for your winnings to be deposited directly into your Fun Club account.

4. Once submitted, you’ll see any outstanding transactions in the “Active” area of the Mobile Cashing section. Once the winnings have transferred to your Fun Club Account, these transactions will appear in the “Completed” area.

Conveniently purchase multiple tickets at once when you put them in your shopping cart. Simply add all desired Kentucky Lottery tickets to your shopping cart and checkout. Be sure to review your cart before finalizing your purchase.

What payment methods are available?

Players can pay using cash, coupons, winning tickets, credit/debit cards, & Fun Club Account eWallet.

 

Can I use Fun Club Bonuses to purchase tickets in my Shopping Cart?

No, Fun Club Bonuses cannot be used for purchases at a lottery retailer.

 

How many payment methods can be used in a single Shopping Cart transaction?

Only one.

 

Will tickets automatically dispense once selected on the vending machine?

Tickets will not vend immediately after selection. Players must confirm their selections in the cart, complete payment, and wait for the transaction to process before tickets are dispensed.

 

How does Shopping Cart & Connected Play work together?

Shopping Cart and Connected Play are designed to create a seamless experience for players who want flexibility and convenience. Connected Play links the player’s Fun Club Account eWallet to the vending or retailer terminal enabling payment from the Fun Club Account eWallet. It also tracks the retail purchases.

 

What if I don’t have enough funds in my Fun Club Account eWallet?

The machine will display “Insufficient Balance” and prompt you to choose another payment method.

Or you can visit the retail terminal to “top up” your account with iFunds.

What is Connected Play?

Use your Virtual Player Card in the Kentucky Lottery’s Official mobile app to pay at retailer terminals or self-service vending machines using your Fun Club Account eWallet funds. You can track your retail transactions in the “transaction history” at any time.

 

How do I use Connected Play?

Simply use the Kentucky Lottery’s Official mobile app to scan the Virtual Player Card QR code at a self-service vending machine or retailer terminal.

 

Which tickets are eligible for Connected Play?

Scratch-off, Draw Games and Fast Play games tickets are available to purchase using your Fun Club Account eWallet funds.

 

Do I need an account to use Connected Play?

Yes, you’ll need to create or log in to your Fun Club account to purchase tickets at retail using your Fun Club Account eWallet funds and access Connected Play features.

 

Is Connected Play free?

Yes! There is no extra cost to use Connected Play. You only need to purchase an eligible ticket using your Fun Club Account eWallet funds.
