To participate in this promotion, players must spend $5 or more in a single transaction on KENO during Power Hours (4:00PM ET to 6:00PM ET and 8:00PM ET to 10:00PM ET) each Monday in November and December (the Promotional Periods). Players who make a qualifying purchase will have the chance to receive the “DOUBLER” message printed on the ticket. Winning tickets printed with the “DOUBLER” message will win double (two (2) times) any prize amount won on the ticket, excluding the 8, 9, and 10 spot top prizes. Tickets can be purchased at any Kentucky Lottery retailer. In store only.
