This game is a lottery draw game available in Kentucky with a chance to win $1000 a day for life! 

 

Play it Again
Really like your numbers? Play them again! Use your existing ticket to purchase a new ticket with your same favorite numbers. No need to fill out or keep your play slip. Just hand the store clerk your ticket and ask to “Play it Again”!

 

Claiming Your Prize
You won! Congratulations. Prizes may be claimed the next business day after the drawing. Learn how to claim a prize.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days after drawing date.
A play slip does not constitute evidence of a winning ticket or the numbers selected; players must present a valid ticket in order to claim a prize.
If you won playing online, prizes up to $600 will be directly deposited into your online account. For prizes above $600, you will receive an email with instructions on how to process your claim and collect your winnings.

All matters and claims relating to Kentucky Lottery Lucky For Life® including tickets, transactions, drawings, prizes and prize claims, are governed by Kentucky law and the official Game Rules. The rules contain the sole and exclusive remedy for such claims.

Once a ticket has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.

* Top Prize 5 + 1: Minimum top-prize payment period is 20 years. Top-prize winners may choose the Cash Option as an alternative to the annuitized payment option, the amount of which will be published per game rules. The top-prize amount shown is based on one winning ticket. The top-prize is pari-mutuel and may be less than shown. 1 top-prize winning ticket: $1,000 a day for life, or $5,750,000 Cash Option; For 2-14 top-prize winning tickets: The prize value ($5,750,000 Cash Option) is split equally among all winning top-prize tickets. For 15 or more top-prize winning tickets: A total of $7,125,000 will be split evenly among all winning top-prize tickets and paid in one lump sum.

1-20 second-prize winning tickets: The annuitized prize level will be $25,000 a year for life, or $390,000 Cash Option;
For 21 or more second-prize winning tickets; A total of $9,400,000 will be split equally among all winning second-prize tickets and paid in one lump sum.

*** Third Prize 4 + 1: The $5,000 prize value is guaranteed up to 1,000 winning tickets. If the number of winning tickets exceeds 1,000, the total prize liability of $5,000,000 is divided equally among the winning tickets.
