Develops and implements value added programs while managing customer relationship marketing activities. Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist provides excellent customer service to both players and retailers by providing solutions to customer issues in order to retain their business and ensure satisfaction. Assists retailers and players with questions or problems via telephone, mail, e-mail. Tracks all retailer/player calls using the customer service database. Serves as the primary contact for the lottery’s third-party call center (the National Response Center, “NRC”), monitoring player hotline queue for service level performance, working with internal departments and gaming vendor to ensure the NRC has all pertinent information needed to be successful. Performs data analysis of calls, emails and chats (where data is available) to identify issues or trends. Responsible for identifying and implementing recommendations for customer satisfaction improvements.
