Redeeming Kentucky Lottery Coupons
Kentucky Lottery coupons can be physical or digital and can be redeemed at any Kentucky Lottery retailer. You may redeem your coupon with a store clerk or at one of our vending machines located inside retailers. The process to redeem physical and digital coupons is the same, but can be tricky if you do not know the protocol. Here, you will find information on how to correctly redeem a Kentucky Lottery coupon.
Redeeming at the Retailer
Your coupon can be redeemed at any Kentucky Lottery retailer. When using a vending machine, allow the machine 10-15 seconds after scanning to process the coupon. Once complete, you should see the credit balance of your coupon. If you get the message “coupon has already been redeemed”, double check to ensure the balance displayed does not reflect the credit already.
If you are redeeming your coupon at the counter, be sure to remind the clerk to scan the barcode with the lottery terminal.
The coupon barcode can also be keyed in manually.
Mobile Coupons
You can redeem mobile coupons just like you would any other physical coupons.
When the Kentucky Lottery emails you a coupon, you will see the option “Get Coupon”. Once you click the link, you will be redirected to your coupon. For precaution, you should print or screenshot the coupon so that you are able to easily access it.
Note: If you receive a time out error or, “server cannot be reached at this time” message, wait a few minutes to try again as this could be the result of heavy traffic on the servers.
